Terms of Service
This agreement is a legal contract between you and Hongxing VPN (the 'Service Provider') regarding your download, installation, and use of the mobile accelerator application (the 'App').
By downloading or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this agreement. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, extract source code from, translate, or create derivative versions of the App or related trademarks without authorization. Intellectual property rights in the App belong to the Service Provider. To maintain service quality, we may adjust functionality or service fees and will communicate relevant changes appropriately. Users are responsible for device security and account confidentiality, and should avoid jailbreaking or rooting devices in ways that weaken system security.
This Service integrates some necessary third-party services (such as Google Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, etc.). During use, you are simultaneously bound by the respective terms of service of these partners.
Service limitations: the App relies on a stable network environment, including Wi-Fi or mobile data. The Service Provider is not responsible when service is unavailable because of device arrears, data limits, weak signals, carrier issues, or other user-side network conditions. Mobile data charges may apply outside Wi-Fi. Roaming fees outside your home country are your responsibility. Before using the App, ensure you have permission from the bill payer.
Users are responsible for their own use of the App. For example, inability to access the service because of a drained battery, operating system restrictions, or third-party network failures is outside our compensation scope. We work to provide accurate routing information, but some data may come from third-party partners, and we are not liable for direct or indirect losses caused by that data. For compatibility and security, the App may release updates from time to time, and you agree to install necessary updates. The Service Provider reserves the right to terminate App services without prior notice.
